Ever since the Buccaneers made a shaky yet unrealistic comeback against New Orleans, things didn’t go as per plan. They incurred back-to-back losses against the San Francisco 49ers and Cincinnati Bengals, worsening their season record to 6-8.

And now Brady will face the Cardinals on Christmas Eve in hopes of keeping their playoff aspirations alive. Head coach Todd Bowles doesn’t want to rule out any possibility and vowed to know the situation better than anyone.

While speaking to the reporters on Wednesday, he was asked whether he reminded the players of preseason goals. “You always remind them, but you correct them first,” Bowles said per the Profootballtalk.

“You correct the film, and you go over the tape, and you’re still pissed off and disappointed, regardless of what’s in front of you, you let it go the next day once you watch the tape, and you move on. Everything is still in front of us — we’re trying to win the division, and we need to take care of ourselves.”

“We don’t need to look at anybody else. We know what we have to do,” he added. Regardless the franchise needs to get back on its winning ways, otherwise, the situation might get out of reach in the final phase of the season.

After a terrible loss against the Bengals, Brady resonated with similar views going harsh on his overall performance. He mentioned that no one is sorry for them, and it is high time they make necessary changes and return stronger. “It’s a long race, it’s not over in Week 13. It’s why you play all 17 [games],” Brady said.

The NFL world is in no mood to believe in Todd Bowles and relies upon Tom Brady
