The NFL world reacted to the video. Most pointed out that the use of the drink is as a hydrant and not for taste. While some even criticized the kid for drinking it. This fan does not like the anything to go viral mentality of the kids.

A fan put forward the reason for it tasting so bad.
Probably because it's salty tasting as it's more to help hydration than taste.

For this fan, the bottle did not contain hydrants and that explains the taste.

The drink might be an acquired taste, but it works for Brady. Although it seems like it didn’t work on Sunday.

Tom Brady and the Buccaneers came into week 14 on the back of a great comeback against divisional rivals, New Orleans Saints. But the Niners’ defense proved to be too much for them. The defense at San Francisco is currently the best in the league. And on Sunday, they showed why, by stopping the greatest QB to ever play the game.
Brady managed just a single touchdown score the whole game while the Niners’ offense tore up the Bucs’ defense. The Bucs QB threw two interceptions in the game and passed for 253 yards. He had a completion percentage of 61.8%. The Niners won 35-7.
