The Dallas Cowboys are closer than ever to landing Odell Beckham Jr. The former Giants and Rams wide receiver is scheduled to travel and sit with the Giants, Cowboys, and Bills this week. However, there is a teasing affair going on between the Cowboys and Odell. And Stephen A. thinks he’s seen enough.

The sports analyst and announcer is a fan of Odell Beckham Jr. However, he thinks it’s time the wide receiver made his decision and ended the social media shenanigans currently going on. Stephen A thinks Odell is putting himself on a pedestal higher than the one he deserves.
Odell Beckham Jr. was part of the Super Bowl LVI-winning Los Angeles Rams team and could have won Super Bowl MVP if not for an ACL injury. And Stephen A. brought up OBJ’s injury prone spell over the last few years.
Odell Beckham Jr. has missed more than half the games in each season in the last 3 years during his time with the Cleveland Browns and LA Rams. During this time, the wide receiver recorded less than 400 receiving yards in the entire season every year.
Stephen A. thinks Odell Beckham Jr. is no Jerry Rice
OBJ’s injury-ridden inconsistencies and absence from regular season games over the last 3 seasons make the bargaining difficult for the former New York Giants receiver. “Stop playing games. You wanna go to the cowboys, go to the cowboys. Stop acting like you out here being Jerry Rice and you not missed games and you’re always available. You’ve missed quite a boatload of games over the course of your career due to injuries,” Stephen A. said.

However, Stephen A thinks OBJ’s addition to the Dallas Cowboys roster will definitely strengthen the offense. Odell Beckham Jr. can fill the gap in the receiving department for QB Dak Prescott. OBJ can join CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup in a potential Super Bowl-contending offensive powerhouse after the hole left by Amari Cooper. However, 30-year-old Beckham has to stay fit for the franchise he finally chooses. “You’ve been too injury prone,” Stephen A. said.
After owner Jerry Jones announced his upcoming meeting with OBJ, the Cowboys seem to be ahead in the race for the star wide receiver. Although the NY Giants could be a more favorable long-term situation for Odell, his second Super Bowl ambitions have the star of the Cowboys written all over it.
