While tens of thousands of Swifties swarmed to Pittsburgh city this weekend, one notable person was missing from the crowd: Pittsburgh’s QB. Taylor Swift rocked the Acrisure Stadium on June 17 with her second show of the ‘Eras Tour’ in the city, breaking the attendance record for the venue with 73,117 fans. However, Steelers Kenny Pickett had a different plan for the night, and chose to attend another special event instead.

Unlike Pittsburgh’s QB, Jets QB Aaron Rodgers didn’t want to miss Swift’s concert, as he revealed on his social media. Aaron called it an incredible weekend and praised Taylor like a ‘celebrity crush’. Also showed off his dance moves and sang along to her songs. But it seems Kenny Pickett gave the cold shoulder to Rodgers’ alleged crush, by announcing busy in packing his bags.

While Jets QB Aaron Rodgers enjoyed Taylor Swift’s concert at Metlife Stadium, Steelers QB Kenny Pickett had a good reason to skip her show when she came to Pittsburgh. The New York Post reported that Kenny Pickett and his fiancée, Amy Paternoster, were busy getting ready for their summer wedding, which is just around the corner. Kenny informs to leave the city on Friday, June 16, the day before Taylor Swift’s ‘Era Tour’ concert at Acrisure Stadium.

 

Kenny told the media, “We’re driving home on Friday to get it all squared away. But we’re like ten days out so I’m pumped.” When asked if he was going to miss Taylor Swift’s concert, Kenny said: “Sadly, we are. I hope she can forgive us, but maybe we’ll be at the next one.” But how Kenny Pickett met his fiancée and his marriage plans?
