On his weekly podcast ‘Let’s Go!’- the Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB1, Tom Brady, had a special guest to talk to. It was the NBA superstar, Kevin Durant. The two top sports stars discussed how to stay at the top level of the game even if you’re the GOAT in that sport. Along with talking about being authentic to themselves, the two stumbled upon the topic of maintaining a stable work and life balance.

The NBA All-Star wishes to achieve even more accolades and titles than he already has. He talked about the insatiable hunger that he feels even after becoming one of the most influential players in the NBA.

“Like, should I still be this like, always gonna be hungry, but should I still be this every day just immersed in what I’m doing or should I just continue to keep going on that side? So it’s just I want to keep the balance like work and play,” explained KD.

Then Brady gave his interesting comparison. TB12 gave his account of how he handles his work and his personal life. Although his personal life is hazy at the moment with an alienated wife, he tries to play and work hard.

While talking about managing their work-life balance, the NFL GOAT compared entering the football season with “going away on deployment in the military.” Then proceeded to talk about how an athlete needs to be their true self. Tampa Tom then emphasized the importance of finding the perfect “playful balance with work balance.
