Arizona Cardinals started their season with a bang when they defeated the Tennessee Titans 38-13. The former’s quarterback Kyler Murray and outside linebacker Chandler Jones were spectacular, especially the latter, who recorded an impressive 5 Sacks in 3 quarters.
Despite the match being extremely lopsided, there wasn’t any shortage of entertainment post-match. Be it Kyler Murray and Chandler Jones engaging in friendly banter or Tennessee star Derrick Henry’s brutal self-criticism, there were enough talking points after the match.

After the thumping win over the Tennessee Titans, Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray spoke to the press on his team’s performance and Chandler Jones. He expressed his admiration for the linebacker and highlighted Jones’ ability to rush the passers and maintain pressure. But as all best friends do, you can’t compliment your friend without having a bit of fun.
Speaking to the press, Murray said, “He’s a really unorthodox guy. He takes his shirt off and he doesn’t look too good. He makes plays all of a sudden, gets after the quarterback.
“He’s an expert at rushing the passer. I’m glad he’s on my team.”

The titans looked very pale compared to their offensive performances last year. After the embarrassing loss against Arizona Cardinals, reigning NFL offensive player of the year, Derrick had some harsh words about his team’s performance.
Henry accepted the poor performance and asked his team to respond strongly to this loss. “That definitely wasn’t us. We got hit in the mouth. Now it’s about how we respond,” he said.
