During a recent appearance on the Rich Eisen show, LaFleur shares with Packers fans a behind-the-scenes insight into their relationship. He believes the core of their relationship has been the amount of trust, love, and respect for each other’s work. He adds that there is a special synergy and telepathic connection amongst them, which makes it easier to achieve their objectives.
While talking about how they deal with differences, LaFleur states, “Well it could be anything right it could be in terms of just how you know, you are implementing a game plan or um you know there might be a certain play that I want to run. But if he doesn’t feel comfortable with it, why would I put him in that position, so he generally wins that argument.”

While success in the regular season is closer to certainty, the postseason has been a period of concern and a space for doing work. The loss of star WR Davante Adams from their lineup only makes it more of a challenge for the Packers’ QB.
The goal during the 2022 NFL campaign will be to make it to Super Bowl LVII.
While the Packers fans will hope for more progress, the franchise will see this as a season to prove their credentials. Both Rodgers and LaFleur know the ever-decreasing championship window and might believe this year to be the one.
