Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is a man of many words on the field, but it seems not so much in private. Kayla Nicole, Kelce’s significant other, revealed how she first started dating the star tight end and how he never took the leap to initiate conversation. On Tuesday, during a Q&A with her 637k Instagram followers, she did share accounts from the early days of their romance.

They have a pretty fascinating love story, and it was all down to Nicole and her top-notch Instagram DM sliding. But initially, it was the Chiefs TE who was showing interest by following her on social media. Following some “Insta flirting” from Kelce by liking her pics for a few months, the wait for Nicole seems to have become frustrating.
She reveals that it took some convincing from one of her close friends and some liquid courage to get things rolling. After a pep talk, she was ready to go. Recounting her experience she said, “Slid into that thang like it was third base. Making the first move might be your best move, sis.” It seems to have been a happy memory for both Kelce and Nicole, who have been going strong since 2017.

On the professional front though, Kelce faces a serious challenge. The stacked KC Chiefs’ offense now looks depleted. And if things go on as they are, Kelce will see a lot of double and triple teams this season.
Nicole Supports Travis Kelce
She has been there when they were winning the biggest games. Supporting. And now that the Chiefs are facing trouble, we will see how they respond. The Chiefs franchise has just shown the NFL fans who the expendables were within their NFL offense with the Tyreek Hill trade.
Yall don’t understand how hard these guys work.

It also marks the end of the beloved Chiefs trio of Mahomes-Hill-Kelce, with Kelce and Mahomes, the survivors of their talented offense. He had yet another amazing season as he did capture his first-ever AFC Offensive Player of the Week award.
The 7-time Pro Bowler adds another stellar season to his name as 2021 marks his 6th consecutive 1000-yard receiving season. He ended the 2021 season recording 92 receptions for 1,125 receiving yards and 9 TDs. He was once again a vital part of the Chiefs offense and will be hoping to put away the disappointment from the AFC Championship game loss.

While changes are in order with Hill’s departure for his hometown of Miami, Kelce remains the one constant threat. QB Patrick Mahomes will have his trusted lieutenant once again for the upcoming 2022 NFL season.
