There’s a new guest on the way to the Mahomes household! The Kansas City Chiefs QB, Patrick Mahomes, and his soccer player wife, Brittany Mahomes, are pregnant with their second child. To celebrate the arrival of their little bundle of joy, they held a baby shower. A lively event made more fun by fans, who showed excitement and happiness for the expecting couple.

The youngest NFL MVP may be one of the best QB in the league right now, but he is also a proud dad. In February 2021, the Mahomes welcomed their first child, Sterling Skye, a baby girl. Mahomes expressed that his experience as a father had been outstanding.
Then, in May 2022, they revealed they expected a baby. In June, the Mahomes shared Sterling will have a brother to play with. And now, the QB and the soccer player shared pictures from the baby shower.
Fans get excited over Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes’ baby boy
In the pictures, Brittany glowed as she wore a white dress with slits on both sides. Sterling looked adorable, with her mother by her side. Patrick Mahomes commented using red hearts on her wife’s Instagram post.
A fan said, “Sign him to the Chiefs, immediately.” Another fan asked, “Is he draft eligible yet?” Since baby Mahomes is the child of an elite QB, this fan asked, “Dude probably gonna come out slinging 50 yard bombs.”

Professional wrestler, Brandi Rhodes, commented, “You look so amazing!” The balloons in the picture are beige, therefore a fan started speculating: “Is this a hint to the name Copper? Or Bronze? Or Patrick Mahomes III and you call him Bronze for being the 3rd? I’m onto something, right?” Another who wanted to know what the parents will name their son, commented, “I can’t wait to see what you name him is it going to be Patrick the third and call him Trey.”
The Super Bowl-winning QB also once confessed that he will not interfere with his children’s athletic passions. He will “stay out of the way.” However, the 27-year-old will guide his son and daughter and will give “all the fundamentals and whatever they want to learn. But at the same time, I want to stay out of the way and let it be about them.”
