What is the actual salary of Odell Beckham Jr?
Some insiders have recently revealed information about Beckham’s bitcoin salary. With recent developments in the crypto market, the NFL superstar has suffered a financial stint.
Darren Rovell is a reputed sports journalist. He recently gave us some insights on OBJ’s salary in a tweet. In the tweet, Rovell stated how the fans were celebrating the players who were taking Bitcoin. He said people applaud them like heroes. The journalist also warned everyone by presenting Odell Beckham Jr as an example.
On 12th of November, OBJ signed the Rams on a deal worth $750,000. He announced he will take all of it in Bitcoin. Back then, Bitcoin was worth $64,293, but as of today, its value has fallen. Today Bitcoin is worth $35,400. The value of Beckham’s entire salary is $412,953. The wide receiver has suffered a huge blow. On top of that, the state of California will charge Beckham 50.3% tax.

Many high-profile athletes and celebrities invest in crypto. Many people like to make a quick buck from Bitcoin. Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers also announced that he will receive a part of his salary in Bitcoin. The quarterback signed that deal last year. After the enormous drop, Odell Beckham Jr will only make $35,703 from his one-year contract.
