The Kansas City Chiefs experience their first blow after a Super Bowl victory in Arizona. Their current offensive coordinator, Eric Bieniemy, is packing bags for a Washington flight after rendering his services for the past decade in KC. An upgrade in the title, better compensation, and freedom to hire new staff happen to have lured the veteran coach to make his decision.

After beginning his stint as a running backs coach inside the Chiefs’ locker room, the veteran rose to relevance during the 2018 season when he got elevated to the position of offensive coordinator. He succeeded in building a formidable offense, winning two Super Bowl titles for his side. According to the reports shared by NFL analyst Tom Pelissero, Bieniemy will sign a multi-year deal with a big commitment for the future.
