McVay’s fiancee Khomyn took to her Instagram as she shared a story with a caption stating “And no. He is NOT retiring.” The 36-year old seems full of motivation to continue for another season with the same squad of players. It seems Khomyn, who was happy to have him back, will be loaning the NFL coach back to the league for at least another season.
Sean McVay: One of the best in the business
He is the youngest NFL coach in the league and someone passionate about winning football games. Having spent only 11 years in the league, coach McVay still has plenty to offer to football. The Rams winning the Super Bowl LVI title has eased McVay, and the questions surrounding his coaching methods, but he knows now he has the hardware to show. Winning has a very addictive effect on athletes and their coaches who always look at getting back that feeling every single year.

The Rams franchise and CEO Kevin Demoff also seems quite relaxed about his future and agrees that his extreme work ethic isn’t sustainable at all. Demoff believes that McVay and the players feed off of each other and is one of the biggest reasons for their success when it matters most. If McVay continues, he will be entering the final year of his contract with the Rams very soon and will have his opportunity to do whatever he likes.
