It was a disaster for the Los Angeles Rams mid-season. Losing three games in a row after acquiring star players like Von Miller and Odell Beckham Jr. was proving to be a wrecking deal for coach Sean McVay. The initial stages of the star-packed Rams did not come to fruition right away. But as the season went by, they gained the required momentum. The Rams showed their true colors by December, and now that they have reached the final game, the team is as vibrant as it can be.
Kudos to Sean McVay for carrying a team that is jammed with celebrity players. The head coach set the expected tone in the locker room. A tone that helped celebrity players from clashing against each other. However, as per the coach, it has been much of a collaborative effort from the entire team to weave that culture inside the locker room.

Furthermore, McVay stated that he expects his players to look into themselves at times of adversity. And he was proud to express that his players had the understanding to do so throughout the season. The 36-year-old coach has done a commendable job in maintaining that tone and integrity in the locker room, through and through.
Now that they have reached the final game, it’s just a matter of how that exceptional work ethic results into the Lombardi Trophy.
