Cam Jordan on Tom Brady

The Saints DE Cam Jordan spoke to the media ahead of his team’s mouthwatering clash against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. And he was all praise for the Bucs’ QB Tom Brady. Jordan said Brady just believes he is going to win. Every time.

At the end of the day, you have the winningest Super Bowl quarterback, you have a guy who knows how to win, you have a guy who wakes up in the morning and he just believes he’s going to win,” Jordan said. Considering Brady has seven Super Bowl rings, Jordan is not wrong. He also heaped praise for the Buccaneers O-line.

“Whether they’re running the ball well or they’re not running the ball well, they’ve got Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, they brought in Julio Jones, they’ve got guys behind them that have depth. … And whether you like it or not, Leonard Fournette is one of the most powerful backs that, if you give him a chance, he’s going to break loose,” Jordan added.

This is the second time these two teams are meeting this season. The Buccaneers won the previous clash away in New Orleans.

The previous encounter

The Saints previously met Tom Brady and the Buccaneers in week two of the ongoing season. Both teams came into that game with a win in the opening week. Just when it seemed to be ending as a low scoring affair, both the teams exploded in the fourth quarter and gave the game a grand ending. The Buccaneers won 20-10.
