Pete Carroll’s Seattle Seahawks started their 2020 NFL campaign in stunning fashion. They got off to a 5-0 start. Veteran quarterback Russell Wilson looked to be in prime form and was even in contention for the NFL MVP award. But their form dipped midway through the season.
Despite some embarrassing defeats, Seattle Seahawks won the NFC West with a 12-4 record. But they suffered a shock defeat in the Wild Card Round to divisional rivals, Los Angeles Rams. Wilson finished the season with 4,200+ passing yards and 40+ passing touchdowns.

Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson interested in Chicago Bears move?

NFL insider Adam Schefter revealed that Wilson is not going to force through a move away from the Seahawks this summer. But he will not oppose a move to NFC North franchise, Chicago Bears.
He said, “If the Bears struck a deal with the Seahawks Russell Wilson would happily accept his walking papers to the Windy City. He has the Bears on his list of teams that he would be willing to go to. I don’t know why that is.
“Obviously, he’s not happy with the offensive line protection in Seattle, he’s not happy with the way some of the things have been done there, but he is open to going to Chicago.

“I didn’t help him make the list, so I can’t say why the Bears are on it and other teams aren’t. I just know that they are,” Schefter said earlier this week. (h:t-NBC Sports)
Coach Matt Nagy will welcome the addition of Wilson in 2021. With Mitchell Trubisky out of the picture in Chicago, veteran Nick Foles is the only quarterback available for the Bears.
