Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson took to his Instagram a few hours ago to share a story, revealing his favorite punter. The charismatic Mr. Unlimited put together a collage photo featuring punter Riley Dixon to wish him a “Happy Birthday,” on August 24. But that wasn’t all; Wilson also had a message for Dixon, proclaiming, “Arguable the best leg in the game! I could learn a thing or two from your golf game! @pgatour after your @nfl career!”
Riley Dixon has come full circle, returning to the city where his NFL journey began. He signed a two-year deal with Denver earlier in March of this year. At 29, Dixon received a $600,000 signing bonus, which will be prorated as $300,000 salary cap hits over the next two years. In total, Dixon will earn $1 million guaranteed (including the signing bonus and guaranteed salary) in 2023.
