Former NFL Tight End, who is commonly known as one of the greatest of all time, Rob Gronkowski recently opened up about his fantasies other than football. Growing up in NYC, the veteran revealed his love for the 2015 show Entourage and how he binged along with his friends.

Rob Gronkowski is one of those stars from the NFL world who like partying and practicing a jovial lifestyle. Well, it turns out this attitude ingrained in him since childhood after he watched Entourage and tried enacting the character of Vince in real life.
It was his dream to appear on the show at least once in his life, something that he fulfilled a while ago. While speaking to the actors of this show, a couple of years later, Gronkowski spoke about his childhood love for the show.

“So every Sunday, I never had HBO growing up in my house. So every Sunday, we’d go to our friend’s house and watch Entourage.” Gronkowski said.
“You know, every Sunday night it was at like 8 pm or….. Whenever it would air. It was cool. It’s like a dream come true. We get all our boys together like our own entourage and all watch it together. And then we were sitting there. I’m like, Guys, I’m gonna be on this fucking show one day. And everyone’s like, we’re like, Yeah, let’s do it. We want it. We always want to live like the entourage group.” he added with a cheerful attitude.
Well, his forever dream was fulfilled with a cameo. He cherished that moment even today. While speaking more about the show, Gronk revealed that he likes Vinny the most because of his resemblance with the character.

It is always nostalgic to recall the good old days, and Gronkowski was no exception. Apart from his father’s strict routine and training, Entourage played a big role in Gronk’s career.

After praising the artists of the show, the four-time Super Bowl Champion thanked each one of them for their contribution. “You guys were my inspiration, all my friends’ inspiration. So thank you for creating such a great show, and bringing so much happiness to us throughout our high school days and just giving us the inspiration to live like that,” he said.

The veteran is currently enjoying his retirement after a brief stint of 11 seasons in the world of the NFL. It is yet to be seen which path he chooses for the second phase of his career.
