Rob Gronkowski is all clear about his future in the NFL, as a Buccaneers player. The former tight end, nicknamed Gronk, said he does not think Tom Brady would ask him to un-retire for him for the second time in his career.

He and TB12 had a long partnership in their career, and are looked up to by the fans with admiration. The former tight end announced his retirement four months ago. “I’ll go in and I’ll give him a pep talk (laughs). Brady knows. He respects my decision. He understands it 100%,” Gronk said.

Meanwhile, the veteran star also showered a word of praise for the NFL GOAT. “I’m a big fan of his and I’m cheering for him every week,” he added. The former Bucs tight end returned to Fox as an analyst, for “Fox NFL Sunday,” and “Fox NFL Kickoff.” The NFL hero previously served as an analyst in 2019, for Fox. Incidentally, the same year, he retired from the NFL after serving nine seasons with the Patriots.

However, Tom Brady made a call to Gronk to ask him to come out of retirement. The legend was changing his team to join the Buccaneers. Brady requested, and Gronk obliged. It speaks about their friendship. As a result, the five-time Pro Bowler, changed course in the spring of 2020. He reunited with his former New England teammate, QB Tom Brady. The duo spent two more years.

NFL fans want Gronk to make a comeback
Tampa Bay Buccaneers is one of the worst-performing teams in the new season. After 8 weeks of action, they have won just three games. The major issue lies in the offense. They aren’t scoring points. Tom Brady is battling all alone, but the results are not in his favor.

Many fans think a combination of TB12 and Gronk could work wonders. The 33-year-old has an age factor by his side. However, he has already moved on. TB12 is unlikely to call him once again, and push him to come out of retirement.
