And the secret isn’t really much of a secret. “Tom Brady has not only stuck around for as long as he has but he’s done it at the highest level. Now you can read the cookbooks, you can read all the self-healing things that he does. But at the end of the day, Tom Brady is one of the most competitive people on planet Earth,” said Light.

Clearly not one to dabble around with earthly cravings, Brady takes his training seriously and in the process, one step ahead of his true opponent, Father Time.

“You can sum it all up by saying that whatever he has to do, he’s going to do it. Most of us on, we like to sleep in every now and then. We like to indulge with some ice cream or dessert. Tommy doesn’t do any of that.

So you got to give respect where it’s due. He’s earned it. And there’s a reason why he’s as good as he is because he wants it,” Light added.

With the 2021 NFL season nearing, Tom Brady has already set his sight on an eighth Super Bowl ring. And if he continues to stick to his “secret” mantra to success, little can anyone else do to stop him.
