He’s acquiring a $69 million waterfront estate formerly owned by Todd Glaser. Guetta’s property is next to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s $24 million acquisition in 2021. This addition adds to Indian Creek’s allure, where Tom Brady resides, forming an impressive community of high-profile personalities.

The famed French DJ is acquiring a sprawling 12-bedroom estate spanning nearly 16,000 square feet at 37 Indian Creek Island Drive. This 1.2-acre property boasts 118 feet of water frontage. Guetta joins high-profile residents such as billionaire Carl Icahn and Brady’s ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen purchased a $17 million lot with plans for a rebuild at 26 Indian Creek Island Road. Nestled in Miami, Indian Creek Island, known as the “Billionaire’s Bunker,” houses around 29 opulent residences and ensures its residents the utmost privacy and security.

However, Guetta also owns a unit at The Setai Miami Beach and made headlines by selling his recorded music catalog to Warner Music for approximately $100 million two years ago, as reported by Variety.

Interestingly, the announcement of Brady’s retirement took place on a Surfside Beach in northern Miami, a stone’s throw away from Indian Creek Village. This is where Brady and his then-spouse, Gisele Bündchen, acquired the property in 2020. Notably, an individual named ‘gadgetgs’ opted to sell sand purportedly from the exact beach, per The Palm Beach Post report. This unique piece of sand tied to Tom Brady’s retirement clip was being auctioned for a staggering $100,000 allegedly.

The eBay listing featured an image of sand, aligned with the buildings seen in Brady’s retirement video, along with a copy of the New York Times dated Feb. 1 to validate its temporal connection to Brady’s announcement. .
