Gordon Gronkowski Jr. is expanding his horizons in the fitness scene. The elder brother of Rob Gronkowski, the former tight end in the NFL, recently turned 40. Generally recognized for his entrepreneurial endeavors in the fitness industry, Gordan was a professional baseball player. Playing first and third base, he was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in the 49th round of the 2006 MLB Draft. In 2009, he made his final emergence in a Frontier League Championship before his retirement.

Following that, Gordie joined his family’s company, G&G Fitness. Alongside his brother Chris Gronkowski, Gordie owns a venture “Gronk Fitness” which delivers functional fitness equipment. As Gordon forges ahead in the fitness scene he recently dropped an intriguing teaser of his new venture, a gym buildout.

A glimpse into the chic gym

With a substantial following count of 50k on Instagram, Gordan has released a teaser showcasing the new branch of his gym buildout at SUNY Brockport. The small sneak peek reveals a well-equipped facility featuring a range of cardio equipment like treadmills and bikes, along with an extensive host of other training equipment that includes weight racks, cardio machines, dumbbells, and so much more.

Aside from the fitness line, Gordie has also co-founded Vue Drinks, a brand that offers a slew of natural sugar-free plant-based products like signature Vitamin Teas, Powder Packs, and Protein Whoopie Sandwiches.

The former baseball player embraced the realm of business acknowledging the significance of having a backup plan to navigate life’s twists and turns after stepping away from the court.

From field to fitness

Gordie’s transition to a business from the field was far from an easy one as he openly admits, but the former pro was determined to have a plan b. During a candid podcast interview, ‘Born for Greatness’, Gordon opened up about his reason behind going down the alley of business.

“The goal obviously for me was always make it to the major leagues drafted so that’s my goal you know but I knew like because of the injuries I had in the past , hey if something happens again , I gotta make sure that our prep for the real world. … I kind of knew what I like doing what I love doing. I was fortunate enough that I was in the fitness space already.I love helping other people through health and fitness ,that’s where we kind of grew up on and that’s what helped me get to where I am today”, he said.

The former athlete is flourishing with his ventures as he had aspired. Notably, the popular Gronk, Rob Gronkowski also joined the family venture post-retirement from the NFL, completing the dynamic family roster.
