According to CBS Sports, the cheapest ticket of the SoFi Stadium for the 13th of February has been listed at $4,900, while the average price of a ticket is $8,772. This makes the LVI tickets the most expensive ticket in the game history.

As per Sportico, the tickets to the top-level VIP suite were listed for $100,000. While according to CBS News, “StubHub is offering standing-room-only tickets for the 2022 Super Bowl watch party tailgate in the shadow of SoFi Stadium for $395 each (plus fees).”

To give a slight comparison of scale, tickets to the Super Bowl LIII game between the Rams and the Patriots averaged between $2,900 and $4,300. Since the Super Bowl, LVI is still a few days to go, the prices are only expected to surge high. And the average range will only break more records than expected.

There have been several geographical, and economic factors that have influenced the prices of the tickets. And since all these factors have played into the advantage of the situation, the ticket prices have skyrocketed. However, these prices are not stubborn enough to stop the fans from cheering their teams.

According to CBS Sports in data shared by StubHub, 27 percent of the ticket buyers are from California (LA territory), 10 percent from Ohio, three percent from Kentucky (Bengals territory), and four percent from Florida and Illinois.
