Besides these, there are a few more vacancies to be filled in the NFL. The Las Vegas Raiders and Jacksonville Jaguars are both looking for interim coaches at the helm. Nagy spent four seasons in Chicago. During that tenure, he produced a record of 34-31. Ever since the head coach joined the Chicago Bears, their record kept on deteriorating. In his rookie season with the Bears, Nagy went 12-4. A couple of even 8-8 seasons followed this. But this season was the worst. The Bears were only able to get a 6-11 record. They missed the playoffs. The fans keep on chanting “Fire Nagy!” Each week. It became a staple of weekly football until the Bears finally fired him.

Can Brian Flores be a suitable replacement for Nagy?

Brian Flores was the head coach of the Dolphins for three seasons. He has an overall record of 24-25. In his first year in 2019, he went 5-11. In the 2020 season, we saw a nice improvement. Flores got a record of 10-6. In his last season, he produced 9 wins and 8 losses missing the playoffs.
