Jerry Jones has proven himself to be a great General Manager for the Cowboys. He has assembled the Dallas Cowboys as a team that has been going off during this season with a record of 10-3. However, Jones does not seem content with the progress.

He is striving for a better lineup with a constant lookout for good fits for the Cowboys. With Odell Beckham Jr. in free agency, the Cowboys have been playing a dance with the receiver to obtain him. However, the Cowboys made a signing with Pro Bowler T Y Hilton so there were assumptions that the Cowboys might have given up the OBJ pursuit. However, Jones remains persistent as ever.
