“Releasing a Short Clip of Any Video Does Not Provide…”: Lawyer Releases Statement on Patrick Mahomes’ Brother Jackson Amidst Alleged Assault

Patrick Mahomes and his family have been through some ups and downs. When it comes to them being exposed to the media, they have always faced flak for the simplest of their words. Mahomes’ wife, Brittany has been the target of fans’ comments even for simple tweets. However, Jackson Mahomes has a different story. The younger brother has now become involved in what might be a serious legal matter. And his lawyer has recently released a statement regarding the same.

The TikTok star might be looking at some serious trouble as the allegations against him are serious. However, the young Mahomes is getting some protection from his legal team as they’ve made bold statements to protect him.

How is Jackson Mahomes being protected?

While it remains unclear if the allegations are true or not, the young Mahomes seems to have an airtight defense coming in from his legal team. However, he is in dire need of legal expertise. The allegations against Jackson Mahomes are not trivial. They hold some serious weight to them. The young Mahomes has been accused of allegedly assaulting a 19-year-old waiter. Furthermore, he has also been accused of forcefully kissing a 40-year-old female restaurant owner.

However, Jackson’s lawyer has been working to make things right for the young TikTok star. His lawyer, Brandan Davis, has mentioned that his client has co-operated with the police. Furthermore, he mentioned that they have provided the police with everything they need to evaluate these claims. As per Live Now Fox, his lawyer also said, “Releasing a short clip of any video does not provide proper context.  We have faith in the process and look forward to a swift resolution of the matter.”  However, the quarterback himself has not made any statements in support of his brother. In fact, he hasn’t said anything about how his brother might be innocent.

The nonchalant attitude of Patrick Mahomes

While Jackson Mahomes faces the music from the public, and possibly the legal system, the Super Bowl champion seems to be living peacefully. Mahomes has gone on vacation with his family, visiting California. Furthermore, the QB’s wife had also shared an image of the family enjoying s’mores. It is almost shocking that the quarterback hasn’t made any comment on his younger brother’s tussle with the law. Interestingly, the QB does not get as vocal on social media about his brother the way Jackson Mahomes does.

While Jackson struggles with the legal system, it only remains to be seen how long it’ll take Mahomes to state his opinion about what really happened between Jackson and those who have accused him.
