The former 2017 AP NFL Coach Of The Year will be returning as the quarterbacks’ coach for the Chiefs and QB Patrick Mahomes. He will reunite with Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, who he has worked under for 5 seasons before going to Chicago in 2017. Despite getting unceremoniously discharged from Chicago, he looks to build on his experience next season.

While talking to the Chicago Sun-Times, Nagy states, “I want to use my experiences in Chicago to help me be better here for our team here in Kansas City. It was a learning curve for the then-head coaching role with the Bears, but he has high hopes for the future.
