The NFL GOAT left the social media hanging with thoughts and speculations as to why he did so. However, the suspense has been broken since one of those speculations holds the ground for being true.

Tom Brady most certainly knows how to build the hype. Be it his retirement, his un-retirement, or anything as random as this. He took to Twitter yesterday afternoon to reveal the lineups for the continuation of his rivalry beyond the football field with the elite QBs in the league.

However, one speculation that stood out and checked all the boxes, was that “Tom just announced who’s in The Match this summer,” as pointed out by the Green Bay Packers beat writer for The Athletic, Matt Schneidman.

‘The Match’ is an exhibition golf challenge played by top athletes to raise money for charitable causes. However, the event should not be mistaken for being just another exhibition match. As according to ESPN, “It’s just an exhibition, but the competitive nature of the athletes usually makes for good television.”

The fifth version of ‘The Match’ will be played in June. And given the lineup shared by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers superstar quarterback, the event is going to be star-studded.
In fact, the clash between Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes on the golf course is seemingly confirmed. Furthermore, Allen has already liked the tweet from Brady.
