NFL franchise Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and Kid Cudi might be birds of a feather who flock together following recent revelations. On a recent appearance on the “Late Night with Seth Meyers” show, Cudi talked about the song he sent Joe Burrow before he led Cincinnati to an AFC Championship. Burrow, after the biggest victory of his professional career, did send him the game-used jersey. It provides further evidence of the budding bromance between them.

While talking about the rumored love song, he states, “Before the Chiefs game, I reached out to him and just told him good luck and sent him a song to kind of get him pumped up for the game…I wrote him a love song. And it was like, ‘Joe. Hello. You need to know you got the glow. Joe.’ It was something like that. So they won the game because of my song.

It seems Joe Burrow appreciated Kid Cudi as the rapper’s request did lead to the Bengals QB sending his game-worn jersey. The bromance between him and Burrow kicked off after the latter’s admission of listening to his songs pre-game. It seems both Cudi and Burrow have become fans of each other. Both of them seem to share the drive to push each other to the limit in whatever they choose to pursue.

How does the Joe Burrow mindset work on the football field in Cincinnati?

The Bengals QB has been a winner throughout his career and demands doing his best every time he steps on the football field. He also has a voice in the decisions the team makes long term, being their franchise QB, and is part of the alignment of their mutual interests. The common goal for Burrow and the Bengals is to win football games, and eventually, the Super Bowl title.

The synergy that he shares with the team is unusual, and it has been visible since they drafted him with the No.1 overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. The trust by the franchise in Burrow has paid off in recent seasons as they did reach the Super Bowl last season.

Despite being injured in his rookie season, Burrow came back emphatically while throwing for 4,611 passing yards and recording 34 TDs and 14 INTs.
