Randi Mahomes and her ex-husband have been inconspicuous about the details of their relationship. The duo first met when she graduated from high school. Back then, she did not know that Patrick Mahomes Sr was a pro athlete. And she also did not vision herself starting a family at an early age.
According to an article by Nick Swift, Randi Mahomes’ official bio read that she “never intended to be a young mother, but her faith told her that this was God’s plan.” She put her own career in the backseat while putting more priority into becoming a mother, as they welcomed their second son, Jackson Mahomes. But according to her bio, “married life with a professional baseball player is a hard life.” And they got divorced when Patrick Mahomes was just 11. While it was one of the most difficult times for her young son, both Randi and her ex-husband decided to keep a close relationship for the sake of their children.
And following the separation, she took care of her children with her mother, who also passed away recently.

But despite the heartbreaking loss, she is trying her best to navigate through a life devoid of her mother’s presence.
