“He Is Screaming”: $400,000,000 Peyton Manning Project Reveals Patrick Mahomes Is Like the Rest of Us

The NFL’s ‘Quarterback’ documentary has finally premiered on Netflix.  And it’s all about the star quarterback of the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes! The show also features Mahomes adorable and happy family of six, complete with their furry four-legged kids. It’s no secret that Mahomes is a proud dog dad and has had his beloved pups by his side for years. 

Many wondered if the series would showcase Mahomes’ football skills, but it also showed his human side. As Brittany shared her side of their ‘famed love story,’ we heard a voice yelling from the backyard. And it was Mahomes’! It makes you wonder what he was screaming about.

A Passionate Human On-and-Off the field

Hall of Fame QB and executive producer of “Quarterback,” Peyton Manning, shared how many fail to understand a professional quarterback’s journey off the field. “Are they hanging out? Are they in the weight room, watching films and grinding for that next game? Which is the answer, by the way, not to give it away.” But with the docuseries, they sure have brought a certain Chiefs QB “human” side for the world to see.

Patrick “Showtime” Mahomes is known for his passion on the field. But with Quarterback’s first episode, it’s seen that it’s not limited to the field. During the episode, as Brittany spoke, Mahomes yelling could be heard from outside. He was reprimanding his dog, Silver, and the cameras captured the amusing incident, making it a lighthearted moment on the show. “Is he yelling at the dogs?” KC-Current Co-owner and influencer Mrs. Mahomes said, “Okay, we can see you(Patrick) screaming at the dogs, bro?” while Kermit being all ‘cute’ (won’t be wrong to say), shared, “Did you not see what happened? They were fighting dogs on the other side of the fence.” 

They also delved into Patrick’s side of the “high-school sweethearts” as he shared his tale of what he calls being ‘best-friend zoned’ by her clueless now wife. He opened up about flirting with the influencer as he walked her to class, but her one-year senior ‘best friend’ had no idea. “I had a crush on her… And I got a rose for her on Valentine’s Day as a joke”, he said as the couple narrated their widely known fairytale. Though Mahomes’ passion and aggression across his games had earned the Chiefdom’s respect, this confession with a “cute moment” just brought his side to the fans. Maybe he is not so different, isn’t he?

The Aggressive Rivalry Raiders’ Vs. Chiefs’ Quarterback Edition

Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs #QB1, has outshone many. But even a $400,000,000 Peyton Manning project can’t hide Showtime’s passion for the sport as fans watched the famed Raiders Vs. Chiefs rivalry with a bated breath from an insider perspective. In a teaser on the NFL’s Twitter account before the release, Las Vegas Raiders DE Maxx Crosby was unexpectedly asked about his relationship with Mahomes. “Um, it’s great,” he said. 

Next, they view a video clip of Mahomes confronting Crosby at Arrowhead Stadium during the supposed match. “I’m here all day,” Mahomes chanted as he went on a profanity-laced rant. On this, Crosby shared, “After the games, he always comes up to me; I go up to him. But when it’s between the quarters, he knows what time it is, and I know what time it is.” And it won’t be wrong to say that the release has taken the game to a whole new dimension!
