The end of August brought about an auspicious day for the former SB XLIV winner. Following a short yet successful career, Lance Moore continues to hold a special place in the hearts of New Orleans Saints fans. Although it’s been a decade since he bid farewell to the Saints’ faithful, they haven’t forgotten his contributions. Despite playing a significant part for the Saints, the relationship would ultimately end in a financial disagreement.

Even though the WR would eventually find a new home after departing the Saints following the 2013 season, he would only manage 2 campaigns in the league with the Steelers and Lions, before hanging up his boots. But his stint and success in New Orleans had bagged him a legendary status among the hearts of the Saints fans.
