Former NFL punter of the Indianapolis Colts Pat McAfee got to live his childhood dream. Ever since he was a kid, McAfee wanted to be a part of WrestleMania. And on day two of the event, he might have gotten the best reception of the night.

Pat was pumped to wrestle on the grandest stage of them all. Everything was perfect. The crowd loved him. The football player looked like a legit WWE superstar. His athleticism was on point. He gave Austin Theory a run for his money and even wrestled a surprise second match. After everyone was left ‘stunned’ McAfee still managed to crack open a cold one.
Pat McAfee does everything right
After the promos for the match ended, a familiar music hit. It was the chairman of the WWE. Vince McMahon got a huge pop from the crowd as he did his signature strut down the ramp. He introduced the “future” WWE Universal champion Austin Theory. Theory got some mixed reactions from the crowd. But fans erupted after what happened next.

The world-famous Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders walked out to the stage and the White Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army” started playing. Pat McAfee was hyped and ready to go. While walking down the ramp with the cheerleaders, someone handed McAfee a football. Being a punter, everyone knew what he was going to do. He kicked the ball deep into the heart of the WWE Universe. The crowd loved him.
McAfee had a killer match with Theory. Anyone who says punters are not talented should watch this match. At times it looked like Austin Theory was having a hard time keeping up with Pat McAfee. Both of them had an exciting back-and-forth match. In the end, Theory goes for The ATL, but McAfee counters and rolls him up for the win.

After the match, Vince was pissed. He challenged Pat McAfee to another match. The chairman stepped into the ring as a competitor after 10 years. McAfee was ready for round two. But Austin Theory hit him from the back. The bell rang, and both McMahon and Theory were cheating and beating up the SmackDown Live commentator. McMahon defeated McAfee with a punt to the chest.

After the match-up, McMahon and McAfee were celebrating, but the color of their faces went away. The glass shattered, and out came the Texas RattleSnake Stone Cold Steve Austin. Austin offered Mr. McMahon a beer just like the good old days of the Attitude era. He hit the boss with a Stunner. The Texans native even hit McAfee with a stunner and celebrated with the crowd. But sneakily, Pat, even after being stunned, was seen drinking a beer on the floor. He will this night for the rest of his life.
