Sean Payton is talking to various franchises for a head coaching role in the NFL. And the struggling Houston Texans have also joined the queue. The AFC franchise announced that they held an interview with the Super Bowl champion head coach to turn their fortunes around.

“We have completed an interview with Sean Payton for our head coaching position,” the Texans said through Twitter.

This announcement stunned the NFL world, which took the franchise to the cleaners. The fans also warned Payton to not join the franchise, which fires head coaches almost every year. This fan thinks they know what Peyton told the Texans.

The Texans’ struggles were there for everyone to see this season. The team finished dead last in the AFC South division with just three wins in 17 games. That performance cost head coach Lovie Smith his job at the end of the regular season.
