NFL franchise Philadelphia Eagles QB Jalen Hurts made a concrete effort to enquire about the safety standards in NFL stadiums. Hurts was one of the several people who got caught in a near-tragic tunnel collapse. The incident really shook up Hurts who despite in a state of shock volunteered to assist those injured.

A really nice touch of class from Hurts, the Eagles’ fans were thrilled with his heroic gesture. The lucky part about the incident was the low height at which the railing was situated. If it was anymore higher, the incident could have been fatal for both fans and the athletes.
The letter clearly demands some new implementations that are needed to ensure a holistically safe environment for everyone. Hurts did also ask Washington Football Team for clarifications on the offering of aid for those injured. There were reports that Washington refused to do so post the incident, despite their statement mentioning providing aid.

Conversely, the Washington Football Team provided a differing image of lacking any sort of responsibility. While talking to ESPN’s Tim McManus, the fans replied they were asked to get away from Jalen and get off the field. They additionally were given no medical evaluation in contrast to their statement. But the lack of decent human courtesy to enquire about the fan well-being is really stunning. The blame lies somewhere between the training of on-field personnel.

The Eagles QB again addressed his concerns during the Tuesday press conference, stating, “I just wanted to see what could be done to make sure it won’t happen again. That’s all I really care about. That’s a very tragic incident and it could’ve been much worse. Much, much worse. Just don’t want it to happen again.”

The mere gesture of helping the people who fell and later holding those at fault feel accountability has the markings of a prominent leader. Hurts has really proven to all NFL fans the league does value the fanaticism of supporters and ensures everyone attends and leaves with splendid memories.
