“People Say Brady’s the Best Quarterback- I Reject That”: Patrick Mahomes Getting Hailed No.1 Becomes the Talk of NFL Town

The best quarterback debate has always been a subjective and sensitive issue. Some say Tom Brady is the best, while others believe Patrick Mahomes deserves the title.

Chris Broussard, a Sports analyst and commentator, seems to have a solid opinion on the matter. Broussard also gave reasons as to why he seems to believe so. He also stated that the QB’s stance is subject to change.

Is Patrick Mahomes the GOAT?

On ‘First Things First,’ a sports and entertainment talk show, Broussard took a stand on how he categorizes players. He said, “I do agree. I don’t like to necessarily categorise quarterbacks as, just as you know, football players. People say Brady’s the best football player- I reject that.”

Broussard believes that Kansas City Chiefs Patrick Mahomes is the best quarterback there is.

“But best quarterback, I told just last week talking to my dad, I said watching Mahomes against Buffalo, I said he’s the best quarterback we’ve ever seen. Now he’s going to have to keep winning. He will not, we know, he will not get rated as that if he does not win more championships. But he’s the best we’ve ever seen. Period,” he said.
