Pat McAfee shares his concern
McAfee on his “Pat McAfee Show” revealed how everyone’s worried about minimizing the regular football season. McAfee was involved in a candid conversation with Nick Saban along with AJ Hawk, where the trio emphasized that the playoffs would contain 12 teams instead of four.
Sharing his concern, McAfee stated, “I think a lot of people are also worried about it minimizing the regular season because my first thought about this being like next year you lose to Texas week too. It’s like all good still you know what I mean there’s. 12 spots out there we can still kind of make it happen hopefully. We won’t continue to lose the things that make college football so special I’ve had a chance to experience it the last like a year and a half now.”
With major teams switching conferences, like USC, UCLA, Oregon, and Washington will join the Big Ten conference from the Pac-12 in 2024.
