“People Are Saying That Stop Over-sexualizing Yourself”: Paige Spiranac Drags Tom Brady, Cristiano Ronaldo, LeBron James and Other Elites Into Wild Debate That Leaves the Sports World in Splits

Tom Brady is a newly single man and the Seven-time Super Bowl champion is getting quite a few offers from supermodels and celebrities. Former professional golfer and social media personality, Paige Spiranac, has also shown her interest in Brady. However, her recent video on Twitter made some headlines.

Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady ended a 13-year marriage with his former wife, Gisele Bündchen. The former power couple announced their divorce on their Instagram stories last month. However, ever since the announcement, Brady’s inbox has been presumably flooded.

Paige Spiranac responded to a fan, who thought Brady and the golfer would form an amazing couple. However, she has some thoughts on the disparity between men and women athletes. Unfortunately, Tom Brady is not on her argument’s good side.

Paige spoke about how the sports community targets women athletes if they show skin for athletic or commercial reasons. However, the standards are not the same for male athletes like Tom Brady and LeBron James. “People are saying that stop over-sexualizing yourself. You are taking women back. No one’s gonna take you seriously. I think that is a big stinking pile of s*it,” Paige said.

Fans didn’t unanimously take Paige’s side in her argument

Spiranac brought up Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady in her video. However, it wasn’t one where she expressed her desire to be with the newly single 5x Super Bowl MVP. Paige was more concerned about the media’s and fans’ treatment of professional women athletes.

“According to Forbes, the top 4 female athletes are Naomi Osaka, Serena Williams, Venus Williams and Simone Biles. They have all posed for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit. I know what you’re thinking. A man would never ever show off his body for attention or over-sexualize themselves. Or do it for the monetary gain. Are you sure about that?” Paige asked before showing some elite male athletes posing for magazines. This included Brady, LeBron James, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Michael Phelps.

Many fans loved what Paige said and supported her stance. However, some didn’t quite appreciate that Paige Spiranac considered herself to be at the same level as the Williams sisters.

After Brady’s divorce was finalized, many fans wanted Tampa Tom and Paige Spiranac to become the next super sports couple. Spiranac, who got recently divorced herself, responded to the fan in a welcoming way and didn’t shut down the idea completely.
