The NFL already has it’s next cover star in Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Aged 25, the QB has already won a Super Bowl and has won the honor of being the NFL MVP.

Missing out on making it two Super Bowls back-to-back last season, the QB is primed for greatness in the years to come. And brands are noticing that.

Patrick Mahomes already has a ton of endorsement deals under his belt which include the likes of Oakley, State Farm and Head & Shoulders to name a few. Another one of Mahomes’ big endorsement deals is the one he signed with sneaker giants Adidas back in 2017.

And finally, the two have teamed up to drop Patrick Mahomes’ first signature pair of training shoes.

Patrick Mahomes & Adidas debut Mahomes 1.0 IMPACT FLX

The footwear giants dropped the Patrick Mahomes x adidas Signature Collection, alongside an apparel collection with his signature logo, which he launched a few days back.

Highlight a gladiator mask, the logo represents Mahomes’ warrior mentality. Named the Mahomes 1.0 IMPACT FLX, the training shoe comes in a solar green “Go Time” colorway.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback has always been a major sneakerhead himself. Thus the opportunity to work on his own signature pair of sneakers is definitely something that the quarterback is relishing.

“I’ve dreamed about this since I was a little kid. Years in the making, excited to officially unveil my signature shoe — Mahomes 1 Impact FLX. This is just the beginning. Go Time 8.23.21 @adidasFballUS,” he tweeted.

The shoe along with the apparel wear is expected to launch on Adidas’ global website by August 23. The shoes feature TPU overlays, which give athletes an sense of security and stability during quick footwork movements.

The shoe follows in with Adidas’ tongue-less tradition to create a sock-like fit. It also features the brand’s signature boost cushioning for extra comfort.

As part of the apparel wear, the collection features series long sleeve shirts, hoodies, joggers, tees, and shorts to name a few.
