Recently at the training camp, Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs’ star QB, has been impressing his teammates with his exceptional skills. During one practice session, he left everyone astonished with a powerful and accurate long throw straight into the goal.

The Chiefs’ official Instagram page showcased this incredible display of talent. The post captions, “Patrick already doing Patrick things 🤷”.

In the video, the 27-year-old QB effortlessly throws the football high toward the goalpost, hitting the crossbar with precision, and he didn’t miss a beat. Witnessing such an extraordinary feat, the fans erupted with excitement.

However, it’s worth noting too, that Mahomes has recently made a full recovery from his ankle injury last season.

Mahomes is back with his old confidence!

Despite battling a high ankle sprain, Mahomes displayed incredible determination and skill to secure the Super Bowl MVP title in a face-off against the Philadelphia Eagles. During the Super Bowl, he visibly struggled with pain while getting up from a third-down play, leaving uncertainty about his return to the game. The initial injury occurred during the divisional game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Unfortunately, it seemed to worsen during the most significant game of the season.

In February, Mahomes acknowledged the need for rehabilitation ahead of the 2023 season. But he remained resolute in his commitment to team activities. As time passed, his condition improved significantly. “It feels great,” Mahomes revealed during Chiefs training camp as quarterbacks and rookies reported.

He explained that during the earlier stages of OTAs, he was somewhat hesitant about running and cutting because of his ankle concerns.

However, as he progressed toward the vet minicamp and the later OTA stage, his confidence in his ankle’s strength and stability returned. It further allows him to perform at his best.
