“It’s a bright future for the Miami Dolphins, hopefully not too bright,” said City Chief’s star quarterback Patrick Mahomes about the Dolphin’s quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.
Even though the Tagovailoa and Dolphins did not win it this Sunday, still they are a shocker. Many expected them to be at the bottom. There were doubts about whether Tagovailoa could even play because of his hip injury.
The Dolphins’ quarterback playing was a shocker because he was still recovering from a dislocated hip. The Chiefs’ star quarterback appreciated the overall improvement shown by the Dolphins.
“I’m feeling, week after week and so it’s a good football team that they’ll probably be in the playoffs and the team though, will be a hard team to take out in the playoffs,” Mahomes told the reporters.
The Dolphins’ fate rests in their own hands

This was their 2nd loss out of the 6 they have played ever since they made Tagovailoa the quarterback. It was difficult for him because he didn’t reach 100 passing yards twice. But that wasn’t quite possible because of his lengthy layoff.
The Dolphins might have lost on Sunday, but they gave a pretty tough fight to the Chiefs. From here on, their fate lies in their own hands.
As of now, they can claim their playoff spot as early as Week 16. All they need is to do is emerge victorious in their next 2 matches against the New England Patriots and the Las Vegas Raiders.

Lastly, they need the Cleveland Browns to defeat the Baltimore Ravens on Monday. But even if the Ravens win, the Dolphins still have a 70% chance of making it to the Playoffs.
It’s way too early to say that the Miami Dolphins would be a strong AFC title challenger, as the Kansas City Chiefs are gearing up with Patrick Mahomes. But the Dolphins are certainly not out of the contention for the title, considering their vibrant resurgence.
