Jackson Mahomes is no stranger to making headlines, quite like his brother. He is a notable social media influencer with over 1 million TikTok followers and 259,000 Instagram followers. But unlike his 2X Super Bowl-winning QB brother Patrick Mahomes, he finds himself in troubled waters now and then. And adding to this list of controversies in his life is another troubling incident the younger Mahomes found himself in back in January.

He reportedly assaulted a 19-year-old waiter and forcibly kissed the 40-year-old owner of a restaurant in Overland Park. Jackson Mahomes was recently arrested but eventually let out on a $100,000 bond later on the same day. Now he has come forward with a special request to officials. The request seeks permission for a certain bond modification related to the incident that took place in February.

According to a recent report by KSHB 41 News, the younger brother of the Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is seeking permission to request a bond modification. Currently, the bond has a condition that does not allow Jackson Mahomes to have any form of contact with any victims or witnesses related to the case.

But according to his attorneys, he wants four certain individuals excluded from this condition. These four people are friends of Jackson Mahomes and have been in contact with him “before and after the allegations were made in February of 2023”, according to court documents. Now, his attorney Brandan Davies is asking permission to allow him to contract these four individuals. But there is one condition. And the condition is that “the defendant not discuss the case with any of the aforementioned witnesses.” After being accused of assault and misdemeanor in February, officials arrested the younger Mahomes on the 3rd of May.

On May 2, the controversial younger brother of Patrick Mahomes was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery, a Level 5 felony, one count of battery, and a Class B misdemeanor. The charges were made after restaurant owner Aspen Vaughn claimed that he forcibly kissed her and assaulted one of her waiters during a visit to her restaurant in February. But after less than 12 hours of being booked, he found himself out of jail on a $100,000 bond.
