The matchup between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City Chiefs saw a defeated Tom Brady. Kansas City dominated the Bucs with a score of 41-31. However, Patrick Mahomes played like his dynamic self. This interesting game got the NBA legend, LeBron James, to run his fingers across the keyboard of his phone. It looked like King James enjoyed the game immensely!

The highlight of the game was certainly the glorious throw that Clyde Edwards-Helaire caught.

LeBron James swooned over both teams!

On a second-and-goal play against the Buccaneers’ defense in the first half, Mahomes yet again displayed his brilliance. He ran and spun his route back to the line of scrimmage before tossing the ball into the end zone. Clyde Edwards-Helaire scored the unexpected touchdown, capping off another outstanding performance by Mahomes, giving the team a 21-3 advantage.

The four-time NBA MVP award winner could not ignore the hypnotizing throw. Therefore, praised “Patty Mahomes” for his impressive throw. Even though Tom Brady and Co. lost against the Kansas City Chiefs, both the mobility and the arm talent were present. With a three-touchdown performance and completions on 39 of 52 throws for 385 yards, Brady rekindled the offense.

That meant James had to post a Tweet where he appreciated the seven-time Super Bowl-winning star quarterback. He was happy to watch both teams play hard to win the game.

 

Then Mike Evans, who played after the league suspended him from one game without pay, brought his amazing gameplay back to the team. He had eight receptions for 103 yards, including two touchdown catches in the second quarter, to lead the Buccaneers.

Evans scored multiple touchdowns for the 17th time in a game during his career, and for the eighth time in a single quarter. And LBJ enjoyed each second of his performance!

Tom Brady couldn’t win against his younger counterpart

Kansas City’s offense stole the show and was the actual star of Sunday Night Football. Bucs’ traditionally rugged team could not hold the Chiefs for any length of time despite three sacks and a late scoop by Sean Murphy-Bunting, particularly on third downs and in the end zone.

Rachaad White and Leonard Fournette were absolute non-factors in their ground game as well, but that was of little significance in a one-sided, all-night battle. Although Brady played like his MVP self, Mahomes was unstoppable. Will the 27-year-old lead QB of K.C. dethrone the NFL GOAT?
