After making a massive debut on WrestleMania on Sunday, Pat McAfee causes a stir all over the globe. The former NFL punter and kickoff ace, who is a color commentator on Friday Night SmackDown, showcases an incredible feat of strength against Austin Theory with Mr. McMahon sitting at the ringside. Not just his in-ring rendition, but his theme music and the entrance were equally stupendous. Although, it looks like he had a different theme song in mind for the occasion.

Pat McAfee’s childhood dreams come true after displaying his prominence at the Showcase of the Immortals. He achieves his moment when he invites WWE chairperson and CEO Vince McMahon to the Pat McAfee Show, where he presents the stage to the former NFL punter.

After they declared Austin Theory as his opponent, both he and McAfee had some back and forth during SmackDown. While McAfee has already showcased his in-ring prowess at NXT Takeover: War Games, WrestleMania is even more magnific. Furthermore, he truly gets one of the best moments of his life.
Pat McAfee envisages a fuel-sparking song for his wrestling debut
During his WrestleMania debut, McAfee, accompanied by the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, strode out to The White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army and punted a football into the spectators at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. The crowd sang along while he enters the squared circle.

However, back in 2014, McAfee had some other plans for his professional wrestling debut.

He tweets his vision for his entrance music to be very hard-hitting and rebellious; something like WWE Hall of Famer “Stone Cold” Steve Austin’s entrance music, ‘I Won’t Do What You Tell Me.’ He also adds a YouTube link to the music as well.
McAfee is Marvelous in the ring
The former All-Pro punter proceeded on and had a magnificent bout, shocking several fans with his in-ring command. This carried a backflip over the ropes to his heels, a smooth hop back to the top rope, leading to a super-plex on Theory. He then picked up a massive victory over his opponent, receiving a massive pop from the crowd.
Following the victory, WWE CEO Vince McMahon defeated McAfee in an impromptu match, thanks to Austin Theory. This prompted a glass to shatter, and Steve Austin enters the ring, delivering a ‘Stone Cold Stunner’ to both Theory and Mr. McMahon.

Austin celebrated by drinking beer with McAfee before delivering a Stunner to the former Pro Bowl punter, which resulted in a viral video showing McAfee on the ground, pouring Broken Skull IPA into his mouth while occurring to be shaken.
Pat has already showcased his in-ring abilities during his time in NXT back in 2018. His best showcase was in NXT Wargames Match between the Undisputed Era and Team McAfee, having himself, Pete Dunne, Oney Lorcan, and Danny Burch. McAfee launched a Swanton Bomb off the cage, which was spectacular. The encounter, however, culminated in a loss for his team.

It is a big deal for someone like Pat McAfee to showcase such great power and intelligence in the ring. Even though he is a part of WWE, The Boomstick’s previous NFL career has been a spectacle, having 2 Pro Bowls and 1 All-Pro honor. With such great capabilities in the ring, we can see more McAfee Mania in the future as well.
