The back-to-back NFL regular season MVP, who has often split the media with his bold remarks, had been in the news recently after admitting he wasn’t vaccinated. Now talking to Bill Maher about the politics behind the disease. The Packers QB said, “It was altruistic at first… like, all right, take two weeks to flatten the curve, right? How the fans reacted
Many felt that the two were seemingly underestimating the damage done by the disease. Bill Maher said that the disease in itself wasn’t terrifying. It was somewhat ironic as Aaron Rodgers and Bill both agreed that the discussion around covid had divided factions among people.

Rodgers even talked about how many small businesses just vanished from the economy. Highlighting his concern, Rodgers said, ” What are we doing for them? What are we doing for the small businesses?”. Furthermore, Bill questioned the fiscal responsibility of the government shelling out 6 trillion dollars. Besides the general detour from public beliefs, Rodgers strongly suggested that he does not want to be a part of any politics and is simply an individual who believes in what he believes.
Some fans even came to the defense of the player and showed their support towards what the two men had to say.
