Kelly Stafford recalled her experience with a life-threatening condition that changed her life almost completely. Four years after being treated for a rare brain tumor, the Los Angeles Rams QB’s wife is looking back at the time with a lot of appreciation. She posted an emotional message through an Instagram post, she pointed out the fact that she has come so far. And she always looks at April 17 with a lot of gratitude.


The message was well received by her followers, many of whom sent their messages of love. Many well-known people joined hands with hundreds of fans to show their support for Kelly. Here are some reactions to her post:

Kelly Stafford fought a brave battle with ‘Acoustic Neuroma’, a rare brain tumor. Although it is non-cancerous, the tumor can be really devastating for those it affects. Kelly first opened up about her struggle with the disease back in 2019 in an emotional essay she wrote for ESPN.

The mom of four said that she first came to know about her disease shortly after the birth of her daughter Hunter in 2018. She revealed in the essay that she experienced symptoms like dizziness and once almost dropped Hunter during one such spell.

The doctors first diagnosed her with Vertigo but the prescription for that didn’t work. The subsequent MRI revealed the tumor and she then went in for surgery to have it removed. She fought to get her life back and succeeded. And now, she is all about living her life to the fullest.
