Reigning Super Bowl-winning wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is enjoying his time off the field and partying with some of the bigwigs of the sporting world. The free-agent WR was spotted catching up in recent times with Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar Jr., Los Angeles Lakers star Anthony Davis and Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker. But OBJ was recently seen enjoying himself with one of the rising NBA stars and Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant.

The 2022 NBA Most Improved Player of The Season and OBJ caught up with each other to the delight of the NFL fans. Morant is coming off another stunning NBA campaign and was among the top breakout stars that the league has to offer.

OBJ posted pictures on Instagram with the young Grizzlies star. He was even trying the Griddy celebration while enjoying each other’s company.

It has been a long wait for OBJ and his former team, the Rams, as they look to unite for the 2022 NFL campaign. Even Rams chief operating officer Kevin Demoff admits their hope to keep hold of the mercurial wideout. But it appears to be that the renewal seems to be dragging along for the Rams wideout as the new season edges ever closer.

Will Odell Beckham Jr. return to the City of Angels in 2022?

It seems the franchise is willing to bring their star wideout back for the 2022 NFL season, going by Demoff’s latest comments. While there is a desire to bring OBJ back home from the players, coaches, and their front office. But it appears the salary cap is making it difficult for the Rams to facilitate his return.

During his recent appearance on The Athletic’s 11 Personnel podcast, Demoff states, “All kinds of variables that come into Odell. The one variable that hasn’t changed is how much we love him and want him to be here. I think he’s expressed over social his desire to be here. Am I optimistic that we can get a deal done over time? Yes. Do I think a healthy Odell is a contributor for all 32 teams in the NFL? Yes. I think that’s probably the point we’re at. Fingers crossed, it would be great to have him back.”

The franchise is leaving it a little too close to call in the upcoming season to sign OBJ. But it seems his playing status and immediate availability hamper the possibility of signing him. While the 3-time Pro Bowler remains eternal in the hearts of the Rams fans, seeing him in a Rams jersey will lift the building.
