‘Now Trending: Aaron Fraudgers’: NFL Analyst Rips Into Aaron Rodgers After Packers Suffer Humiliating Playoff Elimination

Aaron Rodgers haters seem to have come out of the woodwork in numbers after his unceremonial exit from the NFL playoffs. The reigning league MVP has been a player who has been a divisive figure within NFL fan communities. The Packers QB is a polarizing figure and NFL analyst Skip Bayless hasn’t been a fan.

Bayless has been a huge critic of Rodgers and has been active throughout the season. Rodgers has had a controversy ripe season where he was found lying about taking the vaccine, refusing to play for his franchise, and upsetting award voters. Bayless has been front and center to criticize Rodgers for remaining unvaccinated and endangering his teammates. Following his loss to the 49ers, Bayless did have a dig about Rodgers’ dislike for vaccines.

While blasting Rodgers and calling him a fraud, he did tweet stating, “Now trending: Aaron Fraudgers. Wish I’d thought of that. I’ve basically been calling him that for the last decade on TV.” Bayless, a self-professed Brady fan, was also seen criticizing former NFL player Shannon Sharpe for his support of Aaron Rodgers. Both Sharpe and Bayless usually do have a back and forth sort of discussion on their show Undisputed.

Aaron Rodgers: A fraud?

While Bayless is not a fan of Rodgers, it is really hard to relate to his assessment of the Packers QB to be a ‘fraud’. There is a bias during Skip’s analysis of the talented QB who is possibly on his way to winning another MVP award.

He was particularly annoyed with Sharpe calling Rodgers to be a “transcendent thrower of the football.” The former Super Bowl-winning QB Rodgers is one of the most efficient players in all of the NFL in his position.

He has been on another level in terms of output for his team this season. It was due to his efforts that the Packers did finish as the No.1 seed in the NFC. So there is some bias in the veteran NFL analyst’s claim about Rodgers. Calling him ‘Transcendentally fraudulent‘ is a bit too harsh from Skip Bayless who seems to be just stating his opinion.
