He did it all those years ago and he wants to do it again. And it has something to do with another NFL legend, Peyton Manning. Their storied rivalry is not limited to a football field, it seems.

Tom Brady wants to host SNL again
Tom Brady hosted the popular late-night show ‘Saturday Night Live’ back in 2005. And he admitted that he had a lot of fun doing the show. He also added that he had no expectations from the gig as he is not an actor. The gig was very much outside his comfort zone.
“The crazy thing is you have no expectations. I am not an actor, you know. So, you just go into it, trying your best and then you realize how much fun you had doing something that was so outside your comfort zone and so many people embraced me and helped me, and all those writers and we had so much fun, man,” Brady said on his podcast ‘Let’s Go’.
The GOAT then went on to reveal that he wants to host the show again due to Peyton Manning. Manning, Brady’s storied on-field rival, hosted the NFL back in 2007, two years after Brady.
“Peyton, I think went after me and he actually did better than me. So, at some point I gotta go and try to redeem myself. I’ve got to get my last legs because Peyton was great,” Brady said.
Looks like he still takes the rivalry seriously.

Both Tom Brady and Peyton Manning hold legendary status when it comes to the NFL. Their rivalry gave the fans 15-years of great memories. Brady first met Manning in his first start of his entire career. It was week three in the 2001 season. Brady and the New England Patriots won with a handsome 44-13 score line.
Though Brady dominated early on, Manning upended him twice in the 2005 season, first in regular season and then in the AFC Championship game. And the Indianapolis Colts legend won the Super Bowl that season.

In total, Brady and Manning met each other 17 times in their careers. And Brady won 11 out of those games. But in the playoffs, Manning won three out of five games played. Both won the Vince Lombardi two times until Manning decided to hang up his boots in 2015. Through and through legends.
