Tom Brady, who is known as the GOAT of football now, has not always been the first choice for his team. In fact, at one point, Brady even acted as the seventh-string quarterback in college.

To achieve his ultimate goals, he worked with a counselor at Michigan, Greg Harden, to motivate himself. This helped him develop a better perspective, which helped him become the QB of his team. Harden inspired him to try his hardest, which kept him motivated to perfect his skills.
Brady talks about his greatest achievement in such words, “That, to this day, is the single greatest achievement I’ve ever had as a football player because the men in this room chose me to lead their team.”
