The latest conspiracy theory going around the NFL will definitely have you doing a double-take. Damar Hamlin finally released his first public statement on video since his heart-wrenching collapse. But fans were focused on something else entirely, with some crazy conspiracies flying around. 

Damar Hamlin has been the centre of global attention ever since he collapsed on field due to a cardiac arrest. His miraculous recovery has gripped the football world. However, his recent appearance at the Bills last playoff outing has spurred a wild set of rumours.

The Bills Twitter account recently posted a video of Hamlin addressing the public for the first time since the incident. 

But the video wasn’t enough to convince the crazy conspiracy theorists on the internet. The video was flooded with a myriad of responses from fans reacting to the video.

What in the world is up with this conspiracy?

Ever since Hamlin’s miraculous recovery, the internet hasn’t stopped buzzing. But as is with every internet story, there are many naysayers that chime in. But the conspiracy theory surrounding Damar Hamlin, is amongst the craziest we’ve seen.

Some fans have hypothesised that Hamlin did indeed pass away during the tragic incident on the field. They believe that the entire Hamlin recovery story has been fabricated as some sort of PR stunt by the NFL. This is one of the wildest theories we’ve ever heard, but if there’s one thing we know for sure – it’s definitely not true. Hamlin’s recovery has been a heartwarming saga to keep up with, and the theories only go as far as that. They’re theories with no meaning or truth behind them.  

Most fans are just glad to be able to hear from Damar again, in the real-life fairytale of the decade.
